I reside in Nebraska with my incredible wife, who is so much more
than I deserve, and we have four wonderfully crazy kids who amaze
us every single day! Life is grand!

MORE ABOUT WHY I DO WHAT I DO...
My career started as a Marketing Director at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Southern California.
Through the encouragement and mentorship of others, I applied for and entered an
Administrator in Training program that set me up to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
After operating skilled nursing facilities (in California and Nebraska) for about 10 years, I had the opportunity to become a Regional Director of Operations to support other facilities in their development.
Since then, I have had to opportunity to consult for small businesses including doctors' offices, dental offices, and a local refuse company.

Throughout my life’s PATHWAY, I have had the great honor and privilege to have been around and to have learned from so many amazing leaders - in career, community, church, and family. These leaders cared about and invested in me, which cultivated a desire to invest in the leadership development of others.
​I LOVE BEING A STUDENT OF LEADERSHIP & CULTURE. There is no doubt that leadership is key to the growth and improvement of any business, school, government, community, and even family. There are potential leadership qualities in everyone. With the right leadership, organizations will develop a powerful culture. When a team’s culture is strong and engaged, that team will overcome external and internal challenges, succeed, thrive, and will march the PATH to reach their potential.
